Olivo Miguel Olivo is on the verge of finding a new home and will ink a two-year, $7.5 million deal as the Denver Post 's Troy Renck reveals.

The team? That's not known yet, but Seattle looks like the most likely destination. It would be his second stint with the Mariners, who got him from the White Sox in the 2004 Freddy Garcia deal, then traded him to the Padres a year later.

Olivo had a scorching first half for the Rockies in 2010 but fell to pieces in the second and did not have his option picked up. He was dealt to Toronto who ended up non-tendering him, allowing Olivo to hit the market. Presumably, the Jays couldn't come to agreement on a pact with Olivo and it appears as if Olivo made the right move given the deal he is on the verge of signing.
